PhD student Anoop VK joined a team of conservationists from the Wildlife Association of South India (WASI), Bangalore in a field survey to understand the distribution and abundance of the rare humpbacked mahseer (Tor sp.) in the Moyar River. This project is part of the Mahseer Trust-TATA Power ‘Kaveri Mission’ initiative.
